Many people start smoking because of friends and they also raise the risk of getting cancer because of there friends. One thing to remember is that a REAL friend will NEVER ask you to start smoking. True friends help you quit smoking. For some people the best way to quit smoking might be to get new friends who don't smoke.

If you want to quit smoking for good than you have to change your lifestyle. You can not be around cigarettes because it is just too tempting, and all it takes to start up again is one cigarette. Sometimes you have to realize where the problem lies, and most of the time it is because of friends.

Natural ways are anything that doesn't involve the use of chemicals. Quitting the natural way is the best option, but everyone is different always evaluate all methods to see which one is best suited for your needs.
